Description
The Stanserhorn Railway consists of two sections. The lower section is served by the historic wooden funicular railway dating from 1893. Since 2012, the upper section has been operated by a convertible cable car, a unique attraction. The Stanserhorn offers a viewing platform with magnificent views of Lake Lucerne, Lucerne, the Swiss Mittelland, and the Swiss Alps.
