Description
You wouldn’t be surprised to run into Amélie de Montmartre in this beautiful, faithfully restored shop. However, the Goldapfel bakery is not located in Paris, but in Einsiedeln. The building is considered the only fully preserved commercial building in the region from the 19th century and is a listed historic landmark. The shop is connected to a small museum where, in addition to historical background information, many historical tools and machines are on display.
