The Culinary Regio University in the Monastery
The former Capuchin monastery of Stans from the 16th century has become a competence center for the regional culinary cultural area: the Culinarium Alpinum. From the art of cooking to schnapps distilling and agriculture to the knowledge of sommeliers, it offers a culinary program. The house includes restaurant and seminar rooms as well as 14 bedrooms.
